It says "Release: Holiday 2010" for a lot of the games, but what does this actually mean?
Is it this summer or end of the year?
Though if it was end of the year, it makes no sense why it says for some of the games Winter 2010 then...

It means around Christmas of 2010. If they say Winter 2010 that means between november and december.
