Hacking Going back without restarting?

Lets say that Im playing a game and want to go back to the M3i menu to select another app or game, is there a way to do this without having to click on the power button to go to the DSi menu and booting my M3i all the time?

In the game menu --> RT Save/Softreset --> "choose option"
