Exactly.

The best help is from friends, family, or a professional.

But what you can do in the meantime is find more positive escapes or just don't let it get to you.
Things happen to people all the time, you learn lessons from them and know to do something different the next time if or when it happens.
You can't stop your family from moving, but you can get a job if you don't already have one, save up money, and move out to a better place.
Listen to more upbeat music that won't drag you in the dumps (though I love Metallica) or play some games to cheer you up, you wouldn't be here if you didn't like games

As for your hard drives, back them up on USBs or CDs, that's the best you can do to avoid things like that. And ALWAYS run a virus scan weekly if not every three days depending on how much time you spend on the internet.

You can mope and cry until the end of days, but it will never solve your situation.

This year i did nothing for school (not even my homework

),
didnt learn for any test, and played a lot more computer.
I started to listen to Metallica and ACDC, and all my grades raised about 3-5 points ( from 1(bad) to 15(good)).
For real,i love this year.
