I agree.
It would be nice also just an update that will tell us if they are still working on the project.
I'm not saying I want to know how much time is left to the release of the patch but if they at least are continuing to work on the project.
Something like this:

Hey guys, the project is not dead. It's moving behind the scene, but as usual we can't give you an ETA. We have a life besides this project.

I mean, the latest update has been given on October 13. I'm not saying that the project is dead and I hope with all my might that it is still active, but I'm starting to worry a bit.
I don't want to put pressure on developers that certainly have their reasons; I'm not even judging their work (that i appreciate very much) , surely I can not do it, also because it's free.
But I don't think it takes too much long to write a post and tell us.

Yup. I can wait a year if I must, and I dont really need ETAs, but at least I want to know that patch is being worked on seriously.
Specially, because this is supposed to be a open public effort. At least the translation was.

And last time I saw a reply like the one @devnoname120 made, it meant that no one is actually working on the project seriously.

I think the @devnoname120 work's side is complete. Translators have done their job (well...bad or not ). Now it's only matters of injecting the text in the iso, which it is a coder work, and if i'm not wrong, in this case it's the turn of @Coldbird... But lately seem he have no much time for his projects...

To be honest, last I heard about Coldbird, he was leaving hacking scene and such... I was surprised that his name poped up here.

And https://www.coldbird.net/ has NO NEW info about anything GE2 related, but he is posting news there... The community finished translations how long ago? And there is no mention of that.
Honestly, I dont know what to think.

The translation was finished around September 20 2016 or thereabouts
