Yokai Watch Blasters if you want something recent with multiplayer
SMT Strange Journey if you like turn based RPGs and dungeon crawlers
Rune Factory 4 just because it's an awesome game all around
Fantasy Life has okay combat, a decent job system and meh story
Resident Evil Revelaitons because it was my first 3DS game and I still think it looks great

I'd say Rune Factory 4 for sure

I'd recommend further:
Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 1 and 2 for a bot more stratagy based rpg.
Shin Megami Tensei Persona Q
Kirby Planet Robobot
Mario&Luigi Superstar saga for nostalgia's sake.

I'd say Infinite space with its amazing story aswell, but that is a DS game.
