I really liked this game, I think the story is solid enough to make it an anime movie. Therefore I raise my request: I want a Ghost Trick anime movie!!

Havent played much of the game but the premise sounds like it could make for a good movie or short series

Doesn't have to be a mega hit, just something good to watch for a weekend...

Phoenix Wright: Yes
Ghost Trick: Probably not

That said, it could be interesting (as long as they don't make a live action version).
My thoughts exactly.

Phoenix Wright: may be good as long as its done right.

Ghost trick: I don't think it would be good, though it would be interesting to watch.

Professor Layton. There's a series that needs to be a movie....OWAIT!
ok Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright theres a game that could be a movie.
or 999 that'd be great.
or Ghost Trick I like the idea. but it would be a bit odd
have the makers of The Eternal Diva make it. They did great in bringing a puzzle/logic game to the big screen

No. You can't put the gameplay (especially the 'Ghost World') in another perspective. No one would enjoy a 2D movie.
what? Was watching movies really that bad before Avatar? I thought movies were pretty good before the 3D explosion...

I don't see the need for them to make a movie out of a game that's supposed to sorta-kinda play out like an interactive movie or interactive story at least. Might as well just play the game if you want to get the story and stuff.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about 2D computer graphics.

Yup. 3D is not the "3D effect from avatar and such". It means something is 3 dimensional, not that it pops out.
