Misc Getting this error...

When I try to play Rating battles on the Battle Spot on Alpha Sapphire, I get this error and I've googled the error code which says about the Nintendo network being offline, but no-one else is getting the same error I am

Can anyone here shed light on this for me?

I am using a O3dsXL with Emunand 10.5.0.30-E and the Alpha Sapphire is a Cartridge, not a download/E-shop version.

Hmm, nintendo is blocking online gaming for old updates. Update to 10.6 and try again.

10.6 was only recently released, I've had this error since the beginning of February :s, Only when i try to play Rated battles, Free battles work fine

I did a quick error lookup on nintendo's website and it looks like it's connection trouble. Are you using tubehax dns perhaps (even though it would be odd to not work only for rated battles, perhaps the AS update is broken)???

I'm not using Tubehax DNS no, I also looked up the error on Nintendo's website and came to the same conclusion you have, but I have no idea why it's Rated battles alone that is affected, I can play regular battles, trade, wondertrade and stuff

Hmm...
Could you try downloading a rom (not dumping your game, same region, CIA or 3DZ doesn't matter) and then either playing the game from the start or dumping a save file (if you have the methods of doing so) and trying there?? Also try redownloading the AS patch from the eShop if you can and report back. This seems a highly unusual case and if you're willing to cooperate I'd like to see it getting fixed.

Looks like I messed about with my save too much using PkHex -.- Going to have to start a new game if I want to play Rated Battles again i guess
