So this time, I attempted to install Realtek drivers onto my "HD Audio Device" that previously had Windows drivers. Nothing. Here's what I did:
1) Right Click Computer on Start Menu.
2) Clicked Manage.
3) Went to Device Manager.
4) Went to Sound, video, and game controllers.
5) Double-Clicked "HD Audio Device"
6) Went to the Driver Tab.
7) Clicked update drivers.
8) Clicked Browse my computer for driver software.
9) Clicked "Let me pick..."
10) Unchecked Show Compatible Hardware.
11) Clicked Realtek under Manufacturers.
12) Then Clicked Next.
It installed and I restarted my computer. Then, I right-clicked the volume thing on the right of the toolbar and when I went to playback devices, there was NOTHING. Any advice?
