Getting RGB output from a Retro Duo, any tutorials?

I recently received a retro duo as a gift and have been having some fun with it, but I think it would be a fun project to try and get RGB output from it on my SDTV. From what I understand it needs a mod to do this, but I haven't been able to find any plans detailing wholly what I would need to do (There are two websites that had some incomplete ideas but I can't link them due to being a noob). I am hoping someone here can provide some suggestions on what to do. Including an image of the board for my unit as well, if that helps.
