ROM Hack Getting random errors in FBI

Total noob here.
I've been following the guide jisagi.github.io/SeedminerGuide/ with my old 2ds. Everything went fine until 3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup.
When i did what the guide tells me to do here:

Update your device by going to System Settings, then “Other Settings”, then going all the way to the right and using “System Update”

I got a message saying that my system is already up to date (is it normal?), ignored it and proceeded with the guide. Again everything went fine until

[in FBI] Select the “Install and delete all CIAs” option, then press (A) to confirm

. All the .cia's except luma updater got installed (or at least got removed since the guide tells to use the install and remove all option) while the luma updater thrown the following error:

Then I checked some of the other options and many of them also ended up with various errors. For instance "Titles" gives:

Failed to populate title list.

"Update" gives:

Failed to check for update.
Result code: 0xD963F806

After the cia's installation the guide says to "Launch the DSP1 application". I don't have such application and generally nothing has changed when I ?installed? the cia's except the Mariokart 7 which I had before starting following the guide disappearing.
Didn't get sufficient help on discord linked to the guide, so I'm trying here. Please help, what do?

Sounds like a dud SD card. Try installing them into a new card and see if it throws you the Same errors
