How do i create my own GBA Bios from my DS Lite?

I tried google, that didnt work.

I need the BIOS for gpSP.

You can dump your BIOS, yes, but it will require a slot-2 device so you can boot the GBA program. Instructions are at http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/GBA_BIOS
