Hacking Getting cheat error running gba games on EZ4!

I just got my EZ-Flash IV and have two questions.


1. I copied one game to NOR memory but everytime I load that a window appears and says

Cheat error! continue=A returnB

Or sometimes the screen crashes for a second and shows me a bunch of OFF on right side of screen.

Well games work when I just press A but a little annoying seeing that message everytime.

With PSRAM, I have no problem but NOR gives me that message every single time.

I am using vernal version [SD]V1.720 and client version 1.03. Is that anyway to fix that?


2. As I said above, I am using vernal version [SD]V1.720 and client version 1.03. Are they the newest?

I can't find any higher number but since they are made like in 2009 or somthing I feel like I'm missing something.

GBA dev and updating of flashcarts ended in 2007, 2009 is the end of DS support and Passme/NoPass from a slot2.

Unless there is something more obscure that I don't know about, you might not find a fix for it.






You can try not using the reset switch when you run the game through the client program.
