Hi guys,

I just installed Haxchi and the Homebrew Channel Launcher yesterday. Everything was working perfectly fine, but today I've turned on my Wii U, loaded up Haxchi, held down A, and I continually get a black screen with "-4" in the top left corner.

Does anybody know what this means and how to fix it?

Also, when I try to boot into HBL from the channel icon after running Haxchi once, it loads up to the blue screen with the bubbles, but nothing else appears. No menu, no nothing.

Thank you.

Hello,

Have you inserted your SD into the wii U ??
Hi Jeannotte!

yes, it's in there. I've also tried 3 other SD cards with the same data, and the issue persists with all of them :/

I believe I've found the problem.

I've been trying to Micro SDXC 64gb cards inside of an adapter .. I just used a regular SD card and everything works fine.
Apparently however, a Micro SDXC should work fine??

Why is mine not working? I've formatted it to FAT32 and given it 64kb cluster sizes ..

Old thread, I know, but I have been scouring the forum without getting any hits. I used EaseUS Partition Master and it formatted logical.. several hours later I realized why I was getting the -4 error. Changed to Primary and voila; my Seagate 128gb micro SD works perfect.
