Gen7.2 Engine. Update to visual programming setup (Switch, Wii, Windows and Web)

gen_7_1_engine_banner.jpg

We have previously covered iyenal's Gen7 family of visual programming tools and he dropped by to share info on an update to them. Now it features more animation support, better export options (you can export for Nintendo's Switch and Wii, Windows and HTML5 Web) and underlying speed improvements.
Visual programming is a somewhat rarely seen concept right now, many might have met it with stuff like Scratch which aims to teach programming via a more intuitive visual method than what might appear as arcane text based languages, or maybe a variation on the theme in industry with "ladder logic". This however aims to be a bit more practical and applicable than those for programming. Performance wise you are not going to be making the next big open world RPG but if you have an idea for a smaller game, or maybe want to try your hand at a port of something you like on another system and don't know much about programming this could well be for you.

You can read more about what is available, how it works and specifics of the new features on the release thread:
