ROM Hack Gen 2 VC randomizer possible?

It is possible to do randomizer on virtual console? It would be great couldn't find anything on the matter.

Use a randomizer to generate a rom then inject it into the VC release.
I have never done either process but the idea seems valid and maybe the only thing that may look bad is the whatever Pokemon gets randomized to Jynx's index position may look wrong due to the colour patch unless you remove it from the VC

So I have to use a ROM there's any way to extract the ones from the virtual console? Pokemon crystal is coming out and it has the celebi event. I wanted the virtual console version

If you're randomising it anyway why bother? None of them will be legal to transfer to the bank! Celebi will probably end up in the wild somewhere!

i tried that but for some reeason it didn,t worken on japanese crystal
