whenever i load pal dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 up on gecko and force ntsc, it will show a green screen.if i just load it up, it will play but the screen will be grey and glitchy

I doubt they can just change the region of the game just like that, I don't know too much about it either. Maybe it would be easier just to download an NTSC ROM of Dragonball etc., put it on your SD card and then run it from Gecko. I'm sure you can locate it then from the GUI from what I remember. I've never really used Gecko OS so maybe I'm not the right person to be answering haha.
