Again, i do not exactly get what your question is. What is your goal.

The save files made through nintendont are the same as made by playing the game normally. That save file will be created on your memory card and will be usable by GCMM, or playing the game without nintendont.

If you save on a Virtual MC, that save file will be created inside a "container file" with it inside, as if it it was a memory card with data inside, and needs to be extracted to use it with GCMM and send it to a real card.

There's not much more than that.

edit: scratch that, i installed GCMM and put a .GCI file onto SD/MCBACKUP, restored it and it worked

P.S I heard you shouldn’t mix different region save files with different region games like

Mario Kart Double Dash game is PAL and Imported save file is NTSC, always import your games save files from the region the game is from, just a little tip but i may be wrong so can someone correct me if i am
