YES burn it like a Wii game.
GCOS MultiGame will take 2 or more GC ISO's and make one ISO with each game on it. So you can select the game that you want when you are in the game menu. Left or Right on the pad.

anyone know how to fix this?

If your TV is capable of reproduce PAL signal, use AnyRegionChanger and change the signal output to PAL, then save and reboot...!!!

all of the games that didnt work with rev 2 still dont work, like ntsc starfox assualt on a pal system ( but works perfectly on rev 1 )

only difference now is instead of green screen as it starts to load, after the namco / softtec logo, as the title music is about to start it comes up with the wii error of "an error has occured" etc...

so , still no better for me

I have quite a few GC backups here, since i have a modchipped GC and i'm always playing one or other game. I downloaded the GC Backup Launcher to simply test the system with my backups, but to my surprise, all of them outputted: Failed to read DVD 345

This is very strange since all of those backups run perfectly on my Gamecube. Anyone has an idea?

Check that you have cIOS 249 installed.

I have firmware 3.2U and no update or anything related to cIOS.

Could some1 tell me which controllers work with the backup launcher apart from the original gamecube ones? I've read that people having trouble with certain third party controllers.

Okay so I have searched both GC Backup Launcher threads and I am having the below issue.

When I launch the MIOS install I get to the screen to do the install and on my gamecube controller no buttons work. However if I boot using a retail gamecube game the controller works fine.

The install says I am using CIOS249. Anyone know the issue?????? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a wired Gamecube controller from Gamestop.

Who's cIOS249 are you using? WiiGator's or Waninkoko's? I think it was mentioned that WiiGator's 249 doesn't work with the installer, or causes issues, or I could just be imagining having read this. Try using Waninkoko's cIOS249 and see if anything changes.

Also... is your GC controller 3rd party, or a used Nintendo one? Post above yours mentions 3rd party controllers possibly having issues as well.

What..?? 3rd party controllers not working

..?? mine is iCON and works great, and I find hard to believe that but only you can tell

Ok cool, thanks for the feedback. I'll get one of 'em cheap-o's too

Edit: What about memory cards? Do I need one of them to save or can I use the wii's internal memory?

So far , i've tested 3 games....
Zelda wind waker and super mario sunshine are working 100% , but when I tried pokemon colusseum PAL it shows got a black screen , I think pokemon , according to the compatibility list its suposed to work. (Pushing B to load patch MIOS)

For me, Pokemon Colosseum NTSC doesn't work (shrunk or unshrunk). I get the message an unknown error occurred. Also, the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc NTSC displays a yellow error screen (unknown error) when starting up. Whoever got it working, please post more information about your configuration.

BTW: Launching multigame discs from Waninkoko's launcher fixes the incorrect save file name issue for multidiscs.
Unfortunately, Waninkoko's hit Z to reboot into hacked mios option doesn't work for multigame discs, I just get dumped to the old gcos app, which doesn't work. Maybe if he gets the hacked mios 100% compatible this could work eventually, but he needs to add a new option for rebooting multi-discs with the offset set to whichever game you chose in the meantime.

Also, I can't get pal games to output video correctly, but I don't know if Wan's installer downloaded the english version mios from Nintendo. If someone could send me a wad of mios v8 pal (if it's different than the us version), I'd be appreciative.

Edit: Also, the first multidisc I burned doesn't work with Waninkoko's launcher, but it does work with wiigators, I think it could be because I might have created it with an older version of the multidisc tool, so I hope waninkoko reads this thread and fixes it or releases the source to his app. This was initial bug wiigator had already fixed, so I'm surprised waninkoko's app had the same bug.
