This is very strange since all of those backups run perfectly on my Gamecube. Anyone has an idea?

Would it be possible to burn single Gamecube games to regular sized CDs instead of DVDs and have them run on the wii through the backup launcher channel? Also, has anyone tested the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc? I checked the list of tested games before, but didn't see it.
