Hey,
I remember there was an old GBx game [Gameboy colour] which was like Custom Robo Arena [DS] except it was 2D and not 3D.
Any ideas what was it's name? I don't remember and I'd like to play it again.

It's called Power Quest.
Thanks [IRC] / Phantomdj.

Was it the one where you had to bounce your robot into things to fight?

Metal Walkers or something like that?

Edit: Actually it's called Metal Walker and it's developed by Capcom.

No. You were a school kid [or something like that. It's a bit blurry]. You'd go to places around town and fight other robot users. Though there were a few robots running around town [If I remember correctly at some point of the game].
You did control the robot, as I said like Custom Robo arena.

Your initial description reminds me of that show, Medabotshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medabotshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medabots...

There's some info about a Medabots GB game on that Wiki page above, maybe that's what you're looking for...?

Cubix?
No. Never knew there's even a GBC game of that.
Anyway, there were a few type of bots you could chose from. Each with different fighting style. It didn't have racing (For as much as I know. But then again, even Medabots [GBA] had. Reason I say it is because of the Cubix screen shots). I barely remember the plot of the game to describe it (+ My English back then, wasn't as good as it's now).
Most of the combat is Melee with some special moves [Like a shock wave] much like Mortal Kombat [Except different in so many ways].

Martin: Nope. It wasn't Medabots. Also, I'm pretty sure it was a Gameboy / Gameboy Colour, but I'm not 100% sure.

{Thanks for trying. I hope someone remembers it}

Edit:
Power Quest
^ Thank you! Yey for IRC!

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.
