As I said, I'll give it a chance (although I doubt it'll result in anything), but please try to stay on topic, or I'll (or any other mod) have to close the thread..

Don't want to sound too anxious or anything, but GBATemp community is really Huge and skilled.
How about starting one or more Permanent translation teams.

Every several months the team gets the votes from a poll on the site,
and starts translating the selected game (if possible).

this way the whole process will be organized.
I am willing to assist in any way possible (Art translation, coordination or anything else)

These guys translate what they want, when they want to, as much as they want to, as slow/fast as they want to, and god knows not everybody is always happy with any of that. You want to make a team, which does what amounts to a job.

How much are you willing to pay them?

well uhmm since i am a calculator and i love logic and i am a big fan of geometry
and i am highly interested
and highly skilled in publicity and marketing.

Publicity will increase when it happens
GbaTemp would reach a immense kind of fame
70% more subscribes to the forum
50% more publicity
57% more fame and fortune (doesn't matter as for me)
45% more skillfulled people willing to help
85% More Translations perhaps

So i think its a good idea perhaps but it can also end in a bad idea nobody knows except those who have their own fortune

Calculator is a machine. Publicity and marketing (esp. the latter) are the most not-needed things for a fan-translation (which is FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE).
Also, you pulled numbers out of your ass, and that pisses me off like nothing else.

Speaking a little bit spanish does not count as speaking the language as a whole. Thus you speak only 4 languages.
The two languages which you claim to be near perfect (english and german)... Well, your english is not much to be proud of. And since you're dutch, not knowing german would be almost inconceivable (since it's part of the schooling program).

as much as I wanted for treat this thing seriously, it doesn't seem like people are taking it seriously enough, too bad.
I do understand that most translators work either alone or as part of a small team, but if you'll remember the big SNES translation teams that used to translate games 100% complete, and some of them did it by the dozens at the time (heck, some are still active) and the only difference they had was that they were organised...

in my korean rom hacking team, I do graphics and text, one does most of the text, and several translate.
But just because that there are people with different roles, that doesn't automatically mean that the team is organized.

The only problem with making a group is commitment. No-one can guarantee that.
