GBAtemp 2011 Tutorial Competition!

I was just wondering...is my FAQ not in the right place? I never really meant it to be an entry for the Tutorial Competition, it was just some knowledge I wanted to share because apparently a lot of people are interested in the subject matter.

I only posted it there because the sub-title of that forum says "Post here tutorials and FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) related to any subject" (I focused on the "any subject" part).

If it doesn't belong in "Other Systems Discussions > General Tutorials & FAQs" (since it has nothing to do with any console), let me know and I'd be more than happy to move it into the Blogs section

I think it's in the correct place, because after the contest, there will be (hopefully) more users posting new faq/guide/turo.

Maybe just add an information stating that you don't participate?
Or move it in general discussion until the end of the contest, then put it back later. (It will prevent users posting faqs out of the contest before May 22th).

i agree but mine was hand written from experience no copy pasta.

I've done a small guide on getting GoTube 1.2 working with YouTube already but am considering doing a big guide for the M3 Slot 2 (perfect) flashcards, since I've owned one for years and know all the ins and outs of it.

Already have an R4 AND DSTWO, so really just doin it for teh helpfulz. Though I certainly wouldn't MIND getting a prize

NVM teh gotube one, someone already did a better one, but I didn't see any M3 perfect guides so might go for that still.

Hmm nice idea - funny enough I'm 'a little stuck' at the moment using the Devkitpro/Programmer's notepad, & Googling for guides doesn't seem to come up with much about this - mainly all I get is 'how to install devkitpro'

Seeing as prizes are being donated by sponsors, probably not. And also, this is a WRITING competition, only the written content of any tutorial will be judged, not any videos.

Hi I wanted to start on a ps3 softmod guide, since that was on of the hints on the front page

but in the Playstation 3 section there is already one. So I guess that it's not possible anymore to make that one is it?
