Hacking GBA Pokemon Trading?

I have a M3DS Real with the GBA Adapter, latest normal Firmware. I'm wanting to trade Pokemon from a Pokemon Emerald Rom, Linking with the DS games for Pal Park doesn't seem to work, is there anyway to get these pokemon to a real GBA cart, or onto my DS Pokemon games?

I don't mind if I need to use programs or PC based Emulators.


Edit : Oops, Nevermind.. I forgot you need to Migrate from the Main Menu, Linkage seems to work fine.
