Hacking GBA Games - Blue Card

Good Afternoon!

In the other day with the Flash card time warp I put the blug card to function on my 3DS 9.2 version. But now I have a question: Can't I play GBA games on the blue card? If yes, how can I?

Short answer is no.
Longer answer is try this but from what I understand is, it either won't work at all, or very badly if it does. Only the Supercard DS2 does GBA emulation relatively well.
