Hacking GBA game memory patch

Ok ive been hearing about a patch that turns a gba game cartridge into a memory expansion for things like movies web browsing and cool stuff like this. I was wondering if anyone knows what this patch is and where it is downloadable

And does anyone know the best slot1+slot2 ds web browser, with easy to touch things (cause my ds's touch screen is all jacked up Xd

okay, that slot 2 thing is not a gba catridge it's only a ram expansion ez flash 3 in 1 or m3 gba expansion pak, i don't know about the browser though
