Try to create manually directories for GBAexploader. The initialize process do that normally, but if it freeze ...
So create directory /GBA_SAVE and /GBA_SIGN in microSD's root to see if it helps.

Could you run the dos command checkdisk to see what cluster size you have on your microSD ?

chkdsk x:

where x: is the letter of your microSD PC card reader.

Paste the result in this post.

Also, is your Itouch up to date ?

Yes my itouch is up to date.
Here are the results.

Normally a 1GB microSD needs to be formated in FAT16 (FAT). Is it normal on Itouch to have FAT32 with a 1GB microSD ?

I'm not sure. I'll try backing everything up and formatting it to FAT16.

gbaexploader freeze at initialiting screen becouse softreset.m3ds is in the root of SD. If you remove this is file the program work good. Only one big problem. I have a newest ez 3 in 1 plus (last revision) and for use the expansion ram for opera browser is necessary the softreset.m3ds in the root. but if this is file is here the program freeze. Any solution?

Don't use GBAexploader to run Opera on your 3in1 Plus. Patch it directly with cory1492 patch.

now you can use the NDS Browser from Nintendo with the latest Edge Firmware (1.44) it supports now the RAM Expansion (Rumble too, but it wouldn't be recognized from any Game..

Just a quickie from a n00b - how do you actually patch the GBA Exploader.nds file? I am using a Mac, and cant seem to do anything with these files.
