Turn on the Fake FAT option.

That did the trick thanks. I've another issue but I think it might have to do with my PSP or new Battery because sometimes even plugged in the light won't turn on. And with the battery it will randomly turn off like it did with the GBA games. It showed it was getting charged then it filled up too.

The major problem with emulation is that they aren't 100% ( at least with my iphone and psp sim ) I just want to play Golden Sun & 2 but they always crash at some point or run slow

Ah, those are trouble games (they can lag even on original hardware and tend to push emulators pretty hard). Every system's got a few, too bad for the GBA it's the golden sun ones.
