it takes some effort if you want the presentation of your injects to look official, if you don't care about that it is easy, just use the latest beta for New Super Ultimate Injector, you can use that program to make vc injects of all systems supported by the 3ds. while making your injects you can remove the ghosting and the dark filter.
Ok I’ll look into removing the ghosting and color filter later. Is t just another additional program?

you can do it with the same program, while you're making your injection just go into the edit content options section and disable the ghosting and the dark filter.

I think you really need to weigh up how important save states and cheat functions are to you. If these things are critical than by all means install a few GBA emulators and away you go. I used to use mgba and gpsp depending on how demanding the game I wanted to play was.

For me though - once I finally installed CFW and started making GBA VC injection cias with the ghosting and darkness removed - I could never even contemplate using emulation again. It'd be like using a cheap AT Games Mega Drive clone on an awful LCD panel in comparison to the real thing being fed into a PVM via a proper RGB cable. I couldn't 'nope' any harder because native GBA support (albeit via 'unlocking' through CFW) is one of the very best things about the 3DS platform.

Exactly why I want to do it! My current emulator has BAD input lag which makes some games ungodly frustrating (super Mario world sent me to look for another solution) and also many games require a lot of frameskipping enables in order to have them not be slow.

I’m going to attempt to install Luma using seedminer tomorrow morning, so hopefully all goes well. I’m terrified of bricks but I mean as long as I follow the guide step-by-step, I don’t think I have anything to worry about.
I have zelda four swords anniversary edition since it was given free to all 3DS users some years ago, so I should be all set to go :)
I just hope I don’t have any issues with the moveable_sed part. My PC is fresh ass so I’m gonna have to use the website to have someone else brute force it for me.
