Hacking GBA Backup Tool V0.21

I recently downloaded GBA Backup Tool v0.21, noticed that there's a folder called "EEPROM_cnv" with EEPROM_cnv.vbs inside, along with a Japanese text file (that's jumbled up when I view it). What do I do with the file(s)?

I hope I posted this in the right thread. I apologize if I didn't.

Fixes EEPROM dumps, so says the google translator. Either that or I read it wrong.
