After three long months of no new posts on his blog, Rudolph has released V0.2 of his GBA Backup Tool

It corresponded to SAVE of EEPROM
It came from Mr. kzat3 about the access method to EEPROMteaching...
Thank you for Mr. kzat3. Building in was finally completed.

You use a Slot 1 card to dump a GBA game.

Put the GBA cart in Slot2, boot Slot1, run homebrew, dump game.

It dumps roms and savs, and it can also restore savs. Hence the name, backup tool.

You only need a Slot-2 flash card to play the dumped games.

What exactly do you mean? Update a sav file on a real cart? Like I said in an earlier post, it lets to restore savs.

Has anyone tried/is anyone willing to try this with Tales of Phantasia? I was able to backup both my cartridge and its save file successfully, but when I try to run them on my EZ-3in1, the save file never gets linked to the rom. I'm using an AK2 with AKAIO firmware. So far I've just been renaming the save to match the convention the firmware's using, but I dunno what else to do.
