I think it's time all developers just let this (great) title rest. We've got enough remakes of this one. If I wanna play this old skool game I'll launch my emulator. Same goes for other FF parts. Just go create something new!

No. Most underdumps don't work in the first place, first off. And second, all the other FF games on GBA were 64Mbit.

This is actually (likely) on overdump, unless the languages pushed it over 64Mbit.

Who knows? The NES scene is notorious for NEVER nuking overdumps, bad dumps, etc.

Speaking of overdumps: The Japanese Pokemon Diamond and Pearl were overdumped by a whole 64 megabytes back when they came out, yet no one has bothered to correct it. Any takers for that task?

I have both Japanese DP versions, but I can't really get my MPCF to work with the dumper. Meh.

I wonder how the japanese and american snes game differed compared to the japanese and american gba game.
I'm thinking the gba releases are more the same than the snes game.. as I've heard alot of things in the snes game which was different in ntsc-j and ntsc-u

I do know this is the *last* Nintendo-approved commercial GBA game in Japan. Just like Twilight Princess was for Gamecube there.
