Hacking Gateway Read Error

So I just got my first Gateway.
Set everything up right but the red card is unable to detect a micro sd (read error when trying to select a game).
I used the same micro sd card perfectly to install the GW Launcher with the blue card, and the
dagnostic test shows that SD fails (everything else ok).
I also just tried putting in 3 different msd cards, no success.

Anything I can do before I attempt to return this thing to China?

Try otther file system (fat32 or exfat). My gateway didn't read exfat when it was formatted by the windows utility, but USB format tool did the trick.

I tried it with three other cards that were fat32 and one with exfat so that's not the case sadly.

Contact issue. GW card reader problem. Had the same situation and had to return the faulty GW. Try to run the Diagnostic test on the Omega menu. SD Card FAIL.
