Hacking Gateway problem

So it's so much heat that it's scalding you as you hold it, making it impossible to play your 3DS?

I think a little heat is normal for a portable device that's constantly using battery power and running fancy videa games.

Put your gateway in the freezer for 10 minutes after every hour of use. It's what all the pros do to prolong the life of their devices. You can put the entire 3DS in the freezer too.

Return the hardware if it's faulty or contact Gateway. Nobody can auto-magically solve your alleged hardware issues.
