There's not much else I can think of then.

So, you're on 7.2.0, I assume?
You've formatted SysNAND, then updated SysNAND to 7.2.
You've put Launcher.dat on the SD Card, and you've cleared Browser data and visited the exploit site.

What happens when you visit the site? Does it show GATEWAY 3DS LOADING... and do nothing?

Try again with a different (>4GB) SD Card, making sure you have the latest Launcher.dat. Sometimes the exploit just doesn't like your SD Card.

Alright, thanks for all your help! I will try a different SD card!

If you where on 6.x.x-9 that means you have the lower browser and updating the system firmware basically will do nothing. You can try to see if you can get ninjahax to install the newer one but other then that or a hard mod you're kinda stuck

The only thing is, I have been on that system version before and I was working...

Is this an Old 3DS or a New 3DS?
What is the full system version are you currently on in sysNand?

Which exploit were you using before the recent change? What had you done just before it stopped working?
What exactly happens when you try to use the browser exploit now? Do you get an error message of some kind?

I am using an old 3DS. sysNAND- 8.1.0-9U. I was previously using the Nintendo DS Profile Exploit. Before it stopped working I tried to load an edited ROM of Pokemon X version. The web browser still just crashed to the home screen. It gives me the message to restart my system.

Getting the error message to restart your system upon visiting the web page usually means that it failed to load Launcher.dat. Is it possible your system SD card no longer has the Launcher.dat on it? Try copying the Gateway 3.2.1 Launcher.dat to the system SD card, replacing any current Launcher.dat that may be present (in case it somehow got damaged).

I tried that many times. Could it be a problem with my SD card? (2GB Sandisk)

It's possible. Try formatting the card? Copy the contents to your computer first, including backing up the emuNand, then formatting the card, then restoring the contents. (Formatting the visible partition should not touch your emuNand, but just in case, it's good to have a backup.) I assume the same card was working just fine previously, so I doubt it would be a physical issue with the card itself.

You may want to consider a larger SD card before too long, though. An emuNand partition takes up roughly 1 GB, so a 2GB card won't leave much space for other things.

I have actually just formatted everything off my SD card including emuNAND. So...welp.

If it's freshly formatted, put the Launcher.dat on there, and try entering the Launcher menu. If successful, you can use the "Setup EMUNAND" option to recreate the partition, and inject an emuNand backup onto it, to get back to where you were. I believe the 3DS only accepts FAT32 for the system SD card, however, so if you formatted it as exFat, you might need to format it again.

I have tried to put new a Launcher.dat on my SD card already. Will try new SD card tomorrow. Thanks!
Edit: Tried a new SD card, when I try to go to go.gateway-3ds.com it shows: Gateway loading but then crashes again. Hmmm......

Ok, was messing around with settings and I was able to launch the Gateway. But, when I tried it another time it failed and kept crashing. It seemed to work with the Gateway card in it.

If you mean that it locked up without an error message (on mine, it was often a gray screen with vertical bars), that happens sometimes. It can sometimes take 2-3 attempts to reach the menu. If you mean that you're still getting the error message to turn off the system, then I don't know why you're still getting that, I'm afraid. With the Gateway card in, it should automatically boot to Gateway Mode, and in emuNand if present, as long as it doesn't lock up.
