Hello, I have a (2) New 3ds, (1) Old 3ds consoles on GW emunand 11.2, Sysnand 9.0 & 9.2. I wanted to switch over to B9S and Luma. I see it is possible to transfer my emumand to sysnand CFW after installing B9S and Luma using the guide at (3ds hacks guide). Is it preferable to do a emunand transfer to sysnand or do a clean format on the SD card for a fresh start?

It doesn't matter - just depends on whether you want to keep the data stored on NAND or not (activity log, mii plaza, etc).
