My kids don't even use the 3D anymore and I find it rather annoying. Not the stability just the effect.

The camera is malfunctioning as well so any QR code stuff would not be possible so I will likely get at least one of the two I have on order. I already took mine into GS and they would give me $100 trade for it. I guess they don't check the camera.

Smea said 9.3 patched the NINJHAX stage 2, which is used by GW.

Well, they only check if the 3DS can still function, charge, and play games. They also don't care about the SD card (at least the GS store near me doesn't). After that, they would format the 3DS and pretty much put it up as "Used".

That sucks that you'd trade in your 3DS without mentioning it had a broken camera. They likely wouldn't sell it if they knew you'd broken it.
