Hacking Gateway and DSTwo Usage

I recently ordered a Gateway and DSTwo. Is there a somewhat easy way to switch between using each? I read that I need to run GW installer each time. Is that the case, or do I also need to format EmuNAND each time also? Thoughts and clarification appreciated

You do have to reinstall the gateway exploit after using dstwo. As for emunand I dont believe you need to do anything with it.

You don't have to format the EmuNAND each time. Just re-run the exploit after you're done using the DSTwo and it will boot you back to your EmuNAND.
