Hacking gateway 3ds available & price

We pre-ordered the cards, but the GATEWAY team delay the delivery again and again. Finally, we got them this Monday, but it can only support version below 4.5.
Is it because the Nintendo updates the systerm to v6.1 suddenly. And the gateway team may want to unlock the v6.1, too. But it was a hard work, so they gave up.
I heard from the factory that the price will be increased soon, at least $5. Anyone has more information about the gateway 3ds card?

not really just some people want more profit on their sale.
it is the law of market sell at the most possible profit ,in reallity i preordered one for 80usd but i saw price range as far as 80euro almost 100usd so it is a matter of how much profit a reseller wants

also firmware spoofing is good enough to play newer games ,to get the card to work to 6.1 is a matter of exploit and thay may be difficult but we cannot know if they stop searching.
if you just want a cart wait for the clones ,but for me support is important.
they are the first to release a card and they may want to support their card for a long time to establish a name...
