If they're not on the retailer list, sure, you could buy it, but it's not an officiated reseller. I'd check with Shoptemp.net and see how they rank this site, if there's any at all. Smaller sites that are not recognized as much can still be legitimate, but a bit more difficult to trust. Your best option is to simply wait for official resellers to get actual stock and then order.

however mine hasn't shipped yet. I'm hoping it will ship by monday night. This is the only site that says they have it in stock and no delay, ,but I have no idea if I should trust that they have it in stock or not.

I ordered GW3DS on Friday at about 11 a.m. (it was 6 p.m. in China/Hong Kong?) Digitopz.com sent my GW3DS and I have just got my tracking number As I can see they use Sao, some kind of Hong Kong Post? because of RCXXXXXXXXXHK number. It was written somewhere that Hong Kong Posts are faster than Chinese ones. I hope I will get my item in 2-3 weeks. If you have 99 bucks and some patience feel free to order

Yup, that tracking number is a Hong Kong mail package. And Hong Kong/China mail actually are very similar in terms of speed, one isn't faster than the other. It depends on destination country.

I've just told you my experience of same day shipping with tracking number and at least 1 other person has also said the same thing (next day in his case). Also replying to contact in 4 hours...

If that's not safe, then I don't know what is! (obviously we're talking about if they actually ship now and not quality of packaging and so forth)

I don't think 3ds-flashcart is shipping out today, my order still shows as: Payworks approved.. if they had them in stock like they told me i thought they would've shipped Friday when i ordered, or today the latest.

By the way does anyone know what the spring loaded sd slot is like on the card?, i had one of those on a card i had for my DS a while back and the spring ended up breaking or something went faulty with it.
