for me it's the 4th day and tracking always stop to Shipment Information...Hong Kong-Italy with Dhl is 3 days and i call every morning Dhl and every morning they says to me:we don't pick up,speak with sender...but the sender once typhon,twice car from china to hong kong dhl'warehouse...after the agent don't consignee to dhl..and finally,he doesn't want to speak to me because i do too question...please,someone go on with interrogation!!!

Just talked to him and he said that the package has to go (be driven????) from china to Hong Kong and he just sent it there Monday, and that's why it hasn't updated. What day last week did you place an order? I'm assuming he doesn't handle stuff on the weekends.

There's an official list of distributors for a reason guys. The GW3DS' are on their way to the stores on this list.

I ordered one from modchipcentral already. Was gonna try to get one early and use it for a bit, then sell it to an IRL friend once the MCC one got here .

The only problem is, they make you pay RIGHT when you place the order- also, they said theyre getting their first shipments in this week, and shipping the day they get them...

Oooh, that's not the best thing to do. Typically for preorder products, I'd wait them out and see if they get actual stock first. Either that, or I order from shops that don't force immediate payment. And shipping from China takes a hellishly long time. They're not going to "steal your money."

Either way, shipping still takes a hellishly long time. So just be a bit more patient. I'm sure you don't want to hear that, but that's the thing.

DHL? Shipping with DHL guarantees it'll take about 2-5 times as long as it would with Fedex, UPS, or government shipping.

I disagree. UPS and DHL take the exact same amount of time with international express shipping to Norway.

According to their facebook, Gateway isnt shipping them out to MCC until Friday.

I also pre-ordered from MCC and they charged me right away. Wouldn't refund me after I waited 2 months either.

Nope, if the tracker doesn't update in the next seven days, then yeah, I'd worry a bit more.

tell him if we give us a prove that this flashcart are in his warehouse ready to ship..another lie that he says:he lives in Shenzhen,China and warehouse it's in Hong Kong(he says to me) and he don't control because of different time..i find on internet that Shenzen and Hong Kong can have the same time..now it' 13 o'clock and tracking always sto..someone talk now with him to say that he call his warehouse or the car go to Hong Kong or also this day our packages doesn't move!!!

Never trust the chinese resellers..... Trust my experience, they will never tell you the truth because of the concept of "losing face" and always lie about the stock...

Even if it's out of stock, they will always tell you they have... and will let you wait and wait... then when you just can't wait and will ask them, they will answer you "sorry it's out of stock" or we encountered some problems...

Some would even give you fake tracking numbers, they actually haven't shipped the goods.

Get used to it dude.

Even if it's out of stock, they will always tell you they have... and will let you wait and wait... then when you just can't wait and will ask them, they will answer you "sorry it's out of stock" or we encountered some problems...

A lot of the times, too, Chinese resellers on site will mention "In Stock" in big letters, but in reality they won't get stock at all. Sometimes in the item description it will also say things like, preorders only or something to that liking. I personally never have had issues with fake tracking numbers, but that's one side I'm hoping I never see any time soon. It's not necessarily about "losing face" either, it's more of the fact that most of these sites want your money, and listing something as in stock does exactly that purpose.

I should also mention that you're never going to want to preorder anything from China unless they charge your credit card/payment service at the time of shipping. These types of shops are hellishly hard to get refunds or adequate responses out of within the customer service category. This especially for low key resellers. All they will say to you is basically, you waited too long to contact us, or something along that line. I've been there myself. For these people, it's all about getting in the revenues.

Source: I have dealt with dozens of Chinese resellers in the past five years, anywhere from downright seedy to legitimate. I don't live in China, but a vast majority of the resellers in the Shenzhen/Guangzhou area have heard from me one way or another.

I'd honestly stick with NDS-Card.com, Gamezway.com, and Card-NDS.com (no, it's not a typo). I've had successful contact and dealings with these three, and even though they ARE indeed Chinese resellers, they're much better off than some of the retailers that are popping around as of late. Keep in mind that a lot of the shops of the past have been either shut down or closed due to lack of customers. NDS-card is a fantastic bet here at this point in time mainly due to their position here as a GBAtemp sponsor.

For right now though I would definitely tread carefully, and wait it out a little bit longer until either the official Gateway 3DS resellers get stock or a more reliable means is found to purchase a gateway. I would definitely not recommend Aliexpress, though.
