I'd say it's pretty decent, it actually works extremely well. No issues here.

In the Gateway menu just go to the right and there should be a brush icon which says "Format Emunand". Pick that. Unless that's what you meant by formatted your SD card, in which case you just boot Gateway mode. If you have your red cart in the 3DS it will boot into Gateway mode automatically.

Uhm, is it not possible to play retail games in EmuNAND? I tested 2 games and they didn't get recognized.

He is talking about in the gateway menu after you run the exploit you use your d pad and scroll to the right and select format emunand and afterwards when you boot into gateway mode it will properly display your gwversion

Okay, I've run into an issue. I installed emuNAND, updated it to 9.4, then formatted my sysNAND to unlink it from emuNAND, and now I can't run the exploit. It gives the 'An error has occurred' message and asks to press HOME. I'm using emuNAND Tool right now to inject my NAND backup into the emuNAND partition, but I don't know how to get the exploit running again. Am I screwed? My sysNAND version says it's still 9.2.0-20U, too, so I don't believe I updated my sysNAND on accident.

Disregard this. I just had SpotPass notifications popping up, which were interfering with the exploit. Carry on.

So. I thought about it and I am giving GW team a week. If they don't release the N3DS support OR give an explanation/info/respond to my email, I am buying a Sky3DS. I'm sick of waiting, being lied to and getting f*cked in the end.
I've been thinking about gathering N3DS users from here, write an open letter together, sign it and send it to GW, but I think that if they won't respond me, they'd ignore that as well.

if Mii Maker exploit is not patched yet and they meant webKit exploit when
they recommended to not update to 9.3 , if that true DON"T expect the new
update coming any time soon ( maybe 6 months or something like that )
they won't burn their exploit until nintendo release N3ds to the world

Where does it say that? The normal method works fine on 4.0-4.5
