anyone know how to delete the gatewaynand partition from the sd card and put it back to normal? this fucking shit just wont go away ,i tried EVERYTHING

used sd format wih all different options but it always still reads gatewaynand 2.73 gb for 4gb lexar card that came with my xl

Use the Panasonic SD Formater or similar to remove the hidden partition, windows wont work

i tried it several times the fucking thing never goes away , it always still shows up as "gatewaynand" in windows explorer and only shows 2.73gb i used the panasonic sd formater ,well i think i did it says trendy co. , as the publisher when i run the program not panasonic, not sure if that is normal or not,(used the link from gbatemp it said panasonic sd formater 4) but i tried it with all the options and formated it several times with both windows and panasonic thing and i cant not get rid of it , what setting do you suggest?. there are more settings in windows that that panasonic crap if this is indeed the right program since it says trendy co. not panasonic i am not sure

i have heard so much bullshit on here about this fucking program in my dealings with scds2 but i never had to use t for anything ,i know some people here always swear by it, but some say you dont need it , so i have never used it, never had a need to

Open CMD, type diskpart
Type list disk
Select the correct disk number using 'select disk'
Type clean
You can now format it into a single partition again using disk management in windows.

any partition program like acronis, easeus should able to delete that partition.

Select the correct disk number using 'select disk'
Type clean
You can now format it into a single partition again using disk management in windows.

or can i just type f:/ clean
as f is the letter of my sd card

yes i did this , the cmd prompt window opens another window for the disk part with a new prompt i switched it to disk list but the list only shows 3 drive #'s and 1 says o bytes , and they all say 0 bytes free,i have more than 2 or 3 drives , i am afraid to do anything from here i dont want to delete the wrong drive , plus how are you supposed to select the right #? what is the string ? just put "select disk 3 " for example or just type select disk then enter then 3 or just 3 enter ?

Try inserting into a Mac somewhere and using Disk Utility to format it into some other format then back into a Windows to Fat32?

Terminology is 'select disk n' where n is the number of your drive. You would want to be sure you selected the correct drive though.. Just look at the total capacity and make sure it's correct. You don't want to stuff up another drive so be careful..
