Gaming Phone with Switch Dock Capability

There are so many new Gaming phone coming out:
Asus Rog, Black Shark, Razer Phone, even the newest Galaxy Phone
I don't understand why they can't copy Switch and provide a Dock that connects to TV.
Also copy Switch TV mode when connected to Dock and make it the ultimate Phone + TV Console - is this patented by Nintendo​

There are many phones that have docks for instance Samsung phones have a Dock called dex

There also dongle like Cforce CF001 that can output type C to HDMI if the device is capable outputing via type C port.
