Hacking GameYob Question

I tried downloading the files needed from the DSTwo Plugin Wiki, but one of them was corrupted... Where can I get the needed files?

I am also still trying to find out if there is a fix or anything for the black-screen freeze when trying to open CATSFC emulator menu on SC DSTwo being played on a 3DS... Is there anyone experiencing this issue and or know a fix for it?
