because it has nothing to do with 3DS - Homebrew Development and Emulators
and instead deals with 3DS - Games & Content . . . if anything, when completed it should be stickied there as well

For the time being, you can use http://3ds.jdbye.com/ (Details tab), anything listed there is on eShop, anything not listed there probably isn't.
DSiWare isn't listed (the Nintendo server I'm using doesn't have them) and only UK, USA and JPN titles are listed. I've gotten requests to add KOR titles, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
Besides those exceptions it should list everything that exists on eShop, retail only titles are ignored since they're not relevant for the purpose of that site.

That site has a slightly wrong database. Ex. It shows AC:NL Welcome Amiibo is not released in EUR/GB eShop, when it's the exact opposite.
Ofc is very little error (and I report it), but that's no sense.

He get the DB from the Nintendo Server, and that's obvious that the Updated Game is not release, because the free DLCs come out the first time an user open the game.
