I don't think games from franchise that already had multiple sequels should count. I think this thread focus is games that didn't but should receive a sequel.

I do mention Zero Escape and Battle Network (ZE has had 2 games and MMBN has had 6 games in its franchise) so I do wish to include trilogies and series.

Metroid Fusion comes to mind immediately for needing a sequel. Its ending gives a lot of intresting options for a sequel.

I'd love to see sequels to Car Battler Joe and Infinite Space as well.

Actually, I just hope Squareenix goes into bankrupcy already so that any not-so-shitty company buys their IPs and reverts all the self inflicted damage they have done in the last decade.
I suppose either Monolith or an inspired version of Mistwalker could do a good job.

So much yes on the Zero Escape sequel. However, I'm still waiting on a Super Mario RPG 2 (No paper mario and the mario & luigi games don't count), or a remake of legend of the seven stars.

eternal darkness needs a sequel before nintendo loses there copyright
