can be used one handed and is a lot of fun.

I assume that when you ask "only one hand" you mean you can't use the other hand to hold the Wiimote like an ordinary controller (sideways), am I correct?

I can deconfirm Mario Super Sluggers (soccer) to be a one handed game. You need both the nunchuck and wiimote to play this title. I beat the game, I should know.
