Hacking Discussion Games require Internet Validation on 6.1.0?

Hi,
do you know if that issue is still active on the latest firmware / atmosphere version ?

On some games I have a nag message. It keep asking for a valid internet connection (no airplane mode).
is there any workaround to that?

I have to admit, I have left the community for a while ( since the 4.1 firmware ) and a lot a stuffs have changed since that day.
I directly jumped to the latest firmware and version whiteout any study. And everything looks so different now.

if you are on the latest FW then its probably just telling you to update the game. Simply google/find nsp update for the said game and install it.
If its a Internet nag that occurs after a game is launched you can simply ignore it by exiting out of the internet selection screen. Tales of Vesperia is a prefect example of this

in fact the following patch fixed my issue.
