Hacking Games/Homebrew dissapeared?

I installed a game onto the root of my HDD and it didn't show up, I then rebuilt the database and it finally showed up, I installed the game and it had no EBOOT so I manually added one, now the only thing on my XMB is:-

-app_home/PS3_Game

-Package Manager

-WebMAN Games

-Webman Mod

-Multiman

-Rebug Toolbox



Any time I install a PKG file or any games it just disappears from XMB as if its not installed but its on the HDD as I've checked with multiman if they have been installed

ISO, it's okay now I fixed it
