Hardware Games are all stuck and wont let me even exit with home button

This just started happening today on my 7.51 PS4 using exploit GoldHen 1.1. Even a game I was playing fine last night I load the game it just sits at initial screen with the image and I am completely stuck. Home button doesn't exit the game it gives me the cross out sign. Only thing I can do is reboot but then it happens again. Happens on games on internal and external.

Have you tried reinstalling the firmware (SYS not REC) see if it’s a firmware corruption of some type?

I'm working but working at home so they don't know what i'm doing as long as I'm doing my job. So I believe it's a hard drive issue and I need to wipe it or replace it. So my games from external should still work afterwards? Just have to re acquire the ones from internal I think and get my saves.

What about a database rebuild if I have the app.db would restoring it put the games back or only the py script? I don't see that there's one for 7.5 yet on google but not sure if that's accurate.

The PS4 works fine until I play a game.
